Canon Point: Post his first death, killed half by Sasuke and half by overextending himself while he was already half dead from a terminal illness.

Description: Itachi lives with deep black eyes that have pronounced tear-troughs, they are one of his most apparent features as none other Uchiha had such a set that match to that length or depth. His long, dark hair that is pulled into a low ponytail that rests at the back of his neck and bangs that frame his face, with the shortest of them barely touching the lower fabric rim of his forehead protector (which is black fabric with a silver plate with a single scratch through the leaf emblem engraved onto it). He stands at roughly 5'8" and seriously needs to eat, as his weight is only about 58kg.
In reference to his clothing, he wears a set of matching blue-grey shirt-pants set under his Akatsuki uniform cloak (Black with red cloud designs). The shirt has a v-shaped drop that is filled with thick mesh and is cinched at the waist with a single white piece of fabric with no noticeable ties. His shirt drops just below his crotch line and gives way to pants which are cut off at mid-calf and by his shoes, which unlike most Shinobi's are dual toned. The tops are white, from his mid-calves and touch the top of his matching blue-grey sandals and go under the bottoms of said sandals.
Also, his nails are painted, so there's that.
Physical changes: None.
Powers:Itachi's naturally strong, both in chakra and physical prowess. However, due to being terminally ill -- because, who doesn't like being ill and a ninja, his chakra reserves became disastrously low. He could only use his Mangekyo Sharingan 3 times a day before he needed to rest for a long period of time and even his Sharingan (in it's most basic form) deactivated. However, he had incredibly refined chakra control and could perform his techniques with one-handed seals (which, is a huge deal).
He has impressive speed, able to even make other Sharingan users have trouble keeping track of him. It would generally give most of his opponents very little chance to initiate a counter-attack.
Itachi can summon crows, which he'd usually summon in murders to swarm his opponents and his crows even were integrated into clones of himself. He's also able to create shadow clones that explode.
He's proficient in sealing/Fuinjutsu, mainly using those to help him in the presence of opponents with Sharingan.
This guy is also decent with a sword, though his speciality would be using shurikens and also kunai, his throwing speed was extremely high.
Itachi's nature releases are Fire, Water, Wind, Yin and Yang and as an Uchiha, his main release would be Fire. He had mastered the Great Fireball Technique at a young age and would often coat his shuriken with fire to increase their offensive capabilities.
Sharingan and Mangekyo Sharingan are two of the Uchiha's major abilities, where he could cast genjutsu to trap his opponents and do a majority of things. Gather information, share information, psychologically disable them and a few other things. He can keep his regular Sharingan up with minimal drainage to his chakra reserves and it helps him stay one step above his opponents. With it he is able to see the flow of chakra, predict movements and well, use his genjutsu/illusions.
His Mangekyo Sharingan has two abilities, with his left eye he could use Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu that trapped opponents' mind in a world that altered their perception of time to make seconds of torture feel like days and with his right, he could use Amaterasu. Amaterasu could light anything he looked at with black fire that would burn anything and everything, yes, even fire itself was subjected to this overpowered ability. He could extinguish it, though.
With both abilities in his eyes at his exposal, Itachi could use Susanoo, which could produce extra arms or bones to improve his fighting abilities, in its full form, Itachi was surrounded by a red spectral warrior that would protect him from any and all damage, even from powerful Jutsu.

Hell Status: Limbo Case!
What Brings Them To Hell: Apparently, while Heaven likes what they see the reasoning for all of Itachi's heinous actions (which include killing his whole family, making his brother a raging nutball of hate - with the help of someone equally as morally dubious. Oh and a lot of stealing people and maybe shoving a crow down someone's throat?). He is a pacifist as well, going out of his way to stress that his partner does not kill anyone if they can help it. He hates killing to an intense amount. Yet, Hell sees the actions for what they are, acts of heinous disregard for humanity and well, Heaven shouldn't even be condoning the amount of murder that any Shinobi commits, let alone one who did it for the improvement of a village.
The Pitch: Hell needs a good pacifistic ninja like it needs more Varia members and it desperately needs more Varia members! Known as Itachi of the Sharingan, this boy is an ex-ANBU member, which is an elite group of Shinobi that handle clean up jobs, if you know what I mean, and protection detail, a member of the most affluent Akatsuki, which is made up of all sort of morally dubious inclined individuals and has the singular goal of resurrecting the Juubi/Ten-Tailed Beast!
Itachi is incredibly intelligent, willing to do dirty work that makes even some of the foulest people turn their nose up at it and will do it without complaining.
Sure, he's harder to read than most; but that just means he doesn't outwardly judge anyone, because you know if you're soliciting him for help that someone will judge you. He's loyal and won't get blood on your hands if he can help it, much rathering that his own are drenched than anyone else's, which is good for everyone involved.
So, do you need someone to do things so your hands don't get dirty? Cause Itachi is your man for that just pay him his weight in sweets and he's yours.
Setting Fit: Itachi settling into this setting could go a variety of ways, but the most obvious one I could see would be him offering his many shinobi abilities as a service! Need someone to steal something? He's on it. Smuggling sweets from the living world? Itachi is all about it, since he just wants his goddamned dango! Need protection? That's all game! Catching someone's lost pet? He's good for this too! These are all things Itachi is good at, things he doesn't need to think about while doing.
Itachi always has been expecting to be killed at some point, he is a ninja, so he's mostly ambivalent by the fact that Sasuke actually succeeded in his job before the illness did. Which, is another reason he has no issues being dead, no more you know, coughing up blood and maybe being half dead all the time.
Outside of work -- hahaha, who am I kidding, there will be no outside of work for Itachi. He's so serious and work focused, without an actual goal to keep him going (like making Sasuke kill him), there will only be work and longing for his sweets. Maybe he'll even go so far as to make personal runs for himself because, Itachi will not survive without his dango.
Samples: A ninja in hell, who would've thought of that? Itachi sure as hell didn't when he decided to let his brother kill him all those years ago. But here he was, staring out into this strange city. He wasn't settled in the least, but he also wasn't put off. There were many vantage points for him to hide in and watch the hustle and bustle, that was maybe the most comforting part about the whole place. In second place, the disgusting monotony of the shades of grey was right there and he couldn't help but feel ridiculously at ease there.
He was dead, though and he had done his job, he knew he should be more satisfied with it, but... He couldn't help but wonder if the brother he left behind would understand, truly understand and let go of the hate he desperately fostered in the mistakes Itachi had made. Hell was probably the most suiting place anyways.
Itachi swept a hand through his onyx locks and wondered if he'd grow horns like the shinigami he had heard about, the faux oni that they were, now that he was there or if the apparent legal battle (what even was that, he never really heard of anything even remotely like that, let alone why they were fighting over him, he should do his digging on that) would really take forever like he distantly remembered someone telling him.
Tilting his head to the side, he shook himself free of the trap his mind was throwing for him and found himself staring toward at a 'Help Wanted' sign and moved closer, spotting a few papers detailing things that all sounded like regular missions from a village.
Well, may as well keep busy.
